CUSTOM CAKE ENQUIRIES

By filling out this form, you are not placing an order. It is a request for a quote on a cake. We will email you to discuss the details and then once the full payment is made, your order will be officially booked.

*IMPORTANT*

Please carefully review our policies below. 

Our cakes are extremely fragile, so we are not able to ship them.

Our cakes will stay completely fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days and 2 weeks in the freezer.

We do not offer refunds after an order is placed.  However, if your event is cancelled and you notify us prior to making your custom cake, your payment may be used as a credit for another cake within two months of your initial order. 

We are not liable for any damage that occurs after your order has been picked up. If we are responsible for any prior damage or mistakes, we will do everything in our power to remedy this in a timely manner. 

Every order is custom and hand made. Decorations are subject to our artistic interpretation. You may provide a photo(s) for inspiration, but we will not duplicate another artist’s work exactly.

Please note that there is a strict 30-minute window for pick up. After 30 mins there is a late fee of £10
